THE TEMPORARY WAIVER OF VEHICLE TITLE AND REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. All available in-person services are by appointment only. Title services and motor vehicle dealers are not eligible to make appointments. Only one person is allowed in the office per appointment, unless a caregiver is needed.
