I hereby further amend and restate Section 6 of the Executive Order to prohibit all non-essential gatherings of more than ten (10) people at the same time in a space such as an auditorium, stadium, arena, large conference room, meeting hall, theater or any other confined indoor or confined outdoor space which encourages congregation... Enforcement
Notes
¶ 2 required every open business to implement CDC distancing (six feet, hygiene, sick employees home, disinfection) 'to the extent practicable'; the gathering exemption listed office, construction, manufacturing, grocery, food production, retail and retail banking 'employment environments'.
Retrieval noteThe instrument is dated March 20, 2020; later recitals (VT-014, VT-021) describe it as 'issued March 21, 2020'.
