Operative words

the State of Emergency for the State of Vermont shall be extended through midnight on Monday, June 15, 2020... Vermonters should travel only as needed... For work, although all workers should continue to work remotely whenever possible... Older adults (age 65 and over)... should continue to shelter in place... The legislative body of each municipality may enact more strict local requirements regarding mask use than those set forth herein... Lodging may be provided for... Lodging for Vermont residents and others who certify self-quarantine for a minimum of 14 days prior to lodging overnight in Vermont... Addendum 2..., Addendum 4..., and Addendum 5... shall remain in full force and effect. Addendum 6... shall remain in effect except as modified.
