The fifth section (Section 5) of OE-2020-029 is hereby [amended]... Starting on Friday, April 10; Saturday, April 11; and Sunday, April [12]... As for prepared food establishments, they shall remain CLOSED... Small grocery stores ("colmados"), kiosks, and supermarkets shall [remain closed]... and shall remain in force until April 12, 2020
