Operative words

Section 1 of OE-2020-033 is hereby amended to read as follows: "Section 1: LOCKDOWN. A lockdown remains in effect in [Puerto Rico. Citizens may leave their] residence between 5:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m., EXCLUSIVELY [for the enumerated purposes]"... EFFECTIVENESS. This Executive Order shall take effect on April 15, 2020, and shall remain in effect until May 3, 2020
