Operative words

LOCKDOWN. A lockdown remains in effect in Puerto Rico. ALL [citizens] may leave their shelter between 5:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.... the use of a face mask, scarf, or mouth cover shall be required at [all times]... [From] May 26, 2020, restaurants are authorized to open their [dining rooms at] twenty-five percent (25%) of their maximum occupancy... 17. Enclosed shopping malls... Shopping malls shall be allowed to open to the general [public] starting on June 8, 2020, except for movie theaters... [not to] exceed fifty percent (50%) of the maximum occupancy
