Operative words

theaters, amphitheaters, and movie theaters are permitted to open at fifty percent (50%) capacity. Stadiums are also permitted to open, but at thirty percent (30%) capacity... As a requirement for carrying out an activity, all who wish to participate must be fully vaccinated with a vaccine approved by the FDA or have a negative COVID-19 result from a qualified SARS-CoV2 test... VALIDITY. This Executive Order shall enter into force on May 24, 2021 and shall remain in force until June 6, 2021
