Operative words
Except as provided for in Paragraph (3) of this Subsection, no bar, with or without a food service permit... shall allow for on premises consumption of any food or drinks... crowd sizes shall be limited to no more than 50% capacity as set by the State Fire Marshal with a maximum of 250 people in any single indoor space... No establishment shall exceed 75% of the total occupancy... these provisions are effective from Friday, October 9, 2020 to Friday, November 6, 2020
