Operative words

Except as provided for in Subparagraph (c) of this Paragraph, no stadium, sports complex, or arena hosting any athletic event, whether amateur or professional, shall exceed 25% of the total occupancy... Alcohol sales shall be permitted at athletic events under the following conditions: i) The stadium, sports complex, or arena is located in a parish that has met the percent positivity threshold... and the governing authority of the parish has opted in... v) No sales shall occur after 11 p.m.... Any outdoor athletic event for elementary and secondary school-aged athletic team... shall be allowed to have up to 50% of the total occupancy... Face coverings are required for all attendees and spectators.
