2020: Sept. 24, 2020: 'we are continuing to plan for The ARA Show 2021 in New Orleans as scheduled... We are monitoring all the leading sources of health information and working closely with our convention center partners, the city of New Orleans and many others to ensure that we provide a show that is clean, safe and essential to your business. While the show may look different for 2021...' (Ex. SEC-22-GM-002). By Dec. 25, 2020 the New Orleans February show no longer appears on the organizer's site; the 2021 show is announced for Oct. 17-20, 2021 in Las Vegas (Ex. SEC-22-GM-003). 2021: Not held in New Orleans in February 2021; replaced by the Las Vegas show of Oct. 17-20, 2021 (row 3). New Orleans on the planned dates was under Modified Phase Two (gatherings ten indoors, 25 outdoors) and the Mardi Gras restrictions (Exs. MET-MSY-019, MET-MSY-020, MET-MSY-021; LA-027).
