Operative words

'Enhanced movement quarantine' means the expansion of the quarantine location to a [resort property] for guests subject to quarantine restrictions.... To participate in an enhanced movement quarantine ('EMQ'), resorts and hotel facilities [must satisfy the listed conditions, including] 5. Designated isolation area for guests that receive positive COVID-19 test results... Term: Effective September 15, 2020, subject to modification.
