Operative words

[The] ('operations') specified in this rule are permitted to re-open June 1, 2020. These operations are [subject to the Governor's Eighth] Supplemental Proclamation, State Department of Health Reopening Hawai'i Safe Practices, and CDC industry guidelines. Each business, operation, or activity shall determine the maximum [occupancy that permits six feet of] distance and limit occupancy accordingly. The following high risk operations may reopen: Restaurants [provided the State's 'Guidance for Reopening Food Services Sector' is] strictly followed... Musicians and bands may perform in restaurants, as long as, the individuals who are performing maintain a distance of at least 10 feet from all restaurant patrons... This rule supersedes any conflicting provision in Mayor's Emergency Rule #1... Term: Effective June 1, 2020, subject to modification.
