WHEREAS, on March 24, 2020, the City Manager issued Local Emergency Measures Order 20-04 ordering all persons to shelter in place and this order was recently superseded by Local Emergency Measures Order 20-11 which began the phased reopening of the City;... WHEREAS, on May 30, 2020, the City Manager promulgated Local Emergency Measures Order 20-13 to establish a curfew in the City of Miami after the City experienced several protests...;... I. CURFEW 1. Local Emergency Measures Order 20-13 is cancelled and the general curfew is hereby lifted immediately. II. CANCELLATION OF PREVIOUS ORDER. 1. Local Emergency Measures Order 20-04, as amended, is cancelled. 2. All prior Local Emergency Measures Orders related to COVID-19 shall remain in effect.
