Operative words

These restrictions will be effective as of May 28, 2021 at 6:00 A.M.... Individuals are required to wear face coverings in the following settings, as specified in Federal and State guidelines: While passengers and operators of public conveyances...; Government offices (including City of New Orleans government); In all healthcare facilities, including physician's offices, hospitals, and long-term care facilities;... All indoor public and private gatherings shall be limited to 250 individuals and outdoor public and private gatherings shall be limited to 500 individuals.... Indoor events may operate at 50% of capacity without requirements for masking or distancing, OR at 100% of capacity if all participants wear masks through the duration [of the event]... Outdoor events may operate at 75% of capacity without requirements for masking or distancing, OR at 100% of capacity if all participants wear masks... [or] at 100% capacity without masking or distancing IF all participants provide proof of full vaccination status OR a negative COVID test result within 72 hours... All businesses and institutions allowed to operate effective May 28, 2021, must implement and [comply with the Mandatory Safety Requirements]
