Operative words
WHEREAS, it is necessary to again extend some of the additional measures promulgated by Proclamation Nos. 01 CLS 2020 [through] 9 CLS 2021... SECTION 1: All buildings and offices of Jefferson Parish shall encourage all employees and visitors to wear a face covering over the nose and mouth, unless the person has been fully vaccinated with a COVID-19 vaccine.... SECTION 2: In unincorporated Jefferson Parish face coverings are to be worn over the nose and mouth upon entering and while present on any public transportation or paratransit vehicles.... SECTION 7: This order shall be effective at 12:40 p.m. on June 23, 2021, and shall remain in effect until the Parish President finds the threat of danger has been dealt with and the emergency conditions no longer exist, unless terminated sooner
