Operative words

This Order No. 6 extends the duration of the terms and provisions of Health Commissioner's Order No. 3, effective immediately and continuing in effect until May 1, 2020 at 5 p.m.... Effective immediately all Restaurants, Restaurant Carry-Out, Restaurant Bars, and Bars may provide food and beverage service through pickup/curbside, carry-out service only and shall not provide in-person dining on premises.... This Order 6 is intended to supplement, and does not replace or rescind, the provisions of Health Commissioner's Order No. 5.
