Operative words

B) All offices of the state of Louisiana and other political subdivisions of the state shall develop or continue plans to allow for employees to work remotely to the extent practical. Further, all businesses in the state of Louisiana are strongly encouraged to develop or continue plans for employees to work remotely to mitigate the spread of COVID-19.... Except as provided for in Paragraph (4) of this Subsection, no bar... shall allow for indoor, on-premises sales or consumption of any food or drinks... No establishment shall exceed 50% of the total occupancy... crowd sizes shall be limited to no more than 25% capacity as set by the State Fire Marshal with a maximum of 75 people in any single indoor space... these provisions are effective from Wednesday, January 13, 2021 to Wednesday, February 10, 2021
