Operative words
Except as provided for in Paragraph (4) of this Subsection, no bar... shall allow for indoor, on-premises sales or consumption of any food or drinks... No establishment shall exceed 50% of the total occupancy... crowd sizes shall be limited to no more than 25% capacity as set by the State Fire Marshal with a maximum of 75 people in any single indoor space... these provisions are effective from Wednesday, December 23, 2020 to Wednesday, January 13, 2021
