Operative words
All offices of the state of Louisiana and other political subdivisions of the state shall develop or continue plans to allow for employees to work remotely to the extent practical. Further, all businesses in the state of Louisiana are strongly encouraged to develop or continue plans for employees to work remotely... no bar... shall allow for indoor, on-premises sales or consumption... crowd sizes shall be limited to no more than 25% capacity... with a maximum of 75 people... No establishment shall exceed 50% of the total occupancy... these provisions are effective from Wednesday, February 10, 2021, to Wednesday, March 3, 2021
