Operative words
This Order is effective at 12:00 a.m. on August 8, 2020, and will continue through September [4, 2020]... Order 3: Gatherings. A. Outdoor social gatherings of up to ten (10) individuals... Outdoor social gatherings involving over 10 individuals are [prohibited]. B. Indoor social gatherings of up to ten (10) individuals are permitted.... Indoor social gatherings involving over 10 individuals are prohibited.... effective immediately and until further notice, bars may not [operate].
