entitled 'Mardi Gras Restrictions' below will be in place from Friday, February 12, 2021 at 6:00 a.m. through Wednesday, February 17, 2021 at 6:00 a.m.... [indoor gatherings] limited to 10 individuals and outdoor public and private gatherings shall be limited to 25 individuals. All individuals in indoor and outdoor gatherings must wear masks.
