Operative words
Paragraph II of Executive Order 1527 is amended to add Benton, Carroll, Harrison, Jones, Leake, Madison and Marshall Counties... This Executive Order shall be effective at 8:00 a.m. on Wednesday, October 28, 2020, and shall remain in full force and effect until 8:00 a.m. on Wednesday, November 11, 2020.
