Operative words
[Paragraph II of Executive Order 1530, amending Paragraph II of Executive Order] 1527 is further amended to add Adams, Amite, Coahoma, Franklin, Jefferson, [Kemper, Monroe, Noxubee, Oktibbeha, Quitman, Scott, Sunflower and] Washington Counties. This amendment to Paragraph II of Executive Order 1530 shall be effective at 8:00 a.m. on Wednesday, December 2, 2020, and shall remain in full force and effect until 5:00 p.m. on Friday, December 11, 2020.
