Operative words

Repeal: Executive Order 1527 and all amendments thereto are rescinded and shall stand [repealed]... [In the sixty-one named counties:] Face Coverings: Every person shall wear a face covering, covering the nose and mouth, when inside a business, school, building or other indoor space open to the [public, or when in an outdoor public space whenever it is not possible to maintain six feet of social] distancing from another person not in the same household, except face coverings [are not required for enumerated persons]. County list as recited in EO 1543: 'on December 9, 2020, upon counsel and recommendation of the State Health Officer, I issued Executive Order 1536 establishing additional jurisdiction-specific measures in [the sixty-one counties named above] to further disrupt the spread of the COVID-19 virus within those Counties'.

Notes

Repeals and replaces the EO 1527 county regime. Amended by EO 1539 (seventeen counties added Dec. 23, 2020; 78 of 82 counties) and EO 1542 (Claiborne and Tunica added; five removed).
