Operative words
The statewide Safe Recovery Order instituted in Executive Order 1525 is extended and shall remain in full force and effect until 5:00 p.m. on Friday, December 11, 2020, unless it is modified, amended, rescinded, or superseded. Paragraph II of Executive Order 1527, as amended by Executive Order 1528, is further amended to apply only to Benton, Carroll, Covington, DeSoto, Forrest, Harrison, Humphreys, Jackson, Lamar, Lauderdale, Leflore, Lee, Marshall, Rankin and Yalobusha Counties. Executive Order 1527, as amended by Executive Order 1528 and herein shall be effective at 8:00 a.m. on Wednesday, November 11, 2020, and shall remain in full force and effect until 5:00 p.m. on Friday, December 11, 2020.
