Operative words
Repeal: Executive Order 1525 and all amendments thereto are rescinded and shall stand repealed.... This Safe Recovery Order shall be effective at 5:00 p.m. on Friday, December 11, 2020, and shall remain in full force and effect until 5:00 p.m. on Friday, [January 15, 2021]... Public and private social gatherings and recreational activities shall be limited to groups of no more than ten (10) people in a single indoor space or groups of no more than fifty (50) people in an outdoor space... Every person in Mississippi shall wear a face covering... [inside a school building or classroom]... All business and non-profit entities operating within the State of Mississippi shall make reasonable, good-faith efforts to comply... [screening each shift; 75 percent capacity; PPE]... restaurants and bars shall operate subject to the following limitations... Every employee who comes into contact with customers shall be provided a cloth mask and shall be required to wear that mask while on duty; Customers shall be screened for illness prior to entry... Indoor Arenas:... the number of guests in indoor arenas shall be no greater than the lesser of 10% of the maximum [seating capacity or a fixed number]... Every employee shall be required to wear a face covering [personal care]... Customers shall wear a face covering.
