The count under the day number is the whole day; the six shown are the federal and State instruments first, then counties, cities and the rest. Open the day to see all of them with their limitation types, quarters and exhibits.

An order often took effect a day or more after it was issued, so the day it was issued is not always the first day it was in force. For the days an order was in force, use the orders clock; for a State's instruments in a quarter, use the Library or the Eligibility Report.
